Garland US Range G48-4G24SS Description
With its four (4) powerful Starfire Pro burners, 24" griddle, and two (2) storage bases, the G48-4G24SS 48" restaurant gas range by Garland is an excellent addition to any busy kitchen. The stainless steel construction offers excellent corrosion resistance that prepares this unit for the toughest of kitchen conditions.
Powerful cooking top
The open-top burners have an individual output of 33,000 BTU to assist with higher production levels. The top and ring grates are made of cast iron, which means the surface gets pretty hot and retains that heat well. They are also specifically designed to spread that heat evenly for perfect cooking results.
Additional storage
If you need more storage space accessible right from your cooking station, this commercial range gives you two, and each one has a sturdy shelf to get the most of the interior space available.
Safety and maintenance
When it comes to maintenance, the crumb trays trap grease or water from every 12" of the cooking top and are less cumbersome to empty. They have curved corners and are very easy to slide in and out.
The 5" plate rail is convenient for plating and stays cool so it adds a greater degree of safety for plating and handling hot food from the burners. The two-piece back guard and shelf ensure no oil or sauces splash onto nearby areas of the kitchen.
This unit is mounted on 6" sturdy adjustable stainless steel legs.
