Universal tray slides provide users with storage flexibility and can accept either 12”x20” or 18”x26” pans. The maximum spacing possible is 4-½” and can be adjusted in 1-½” increments.

The temperature inside is easy to adjust between 90°F and 190°F and can be monitored at a glance with a digital temperature display. Warm air is circulated evenly inside the cabinet by a forced air blower system. The blower motor includes Hi-Temp, self-lubrication, fan-cooling, and impedance protection to ensure long service life.

A positive closing full grip latch provides users with easy access to the interior while allowing the door to be closed securely every time. The insulated stainless steel door locks the heat in thanks to a cabinet-mounted door gasket.

For durability, the exterior of the cabinet is made from tough 20 gauge stainless steel with an easy to clean polished finish. The interior is made from 22 gauge stainless steel and features coved corners for convenience. Rolling this holding cabinet into place is simple with 5” polyurethane casters that are maintenance-free. A 1-½” continuous wraparound aluminum channel featuring a snap-n vinyl cushion is bolted to the frame and extends past the doors to provide additional protection. The vinyl bumper is non-marking to keep walls and doors in the venue free from scuffs.

This holding cabinet is IPX4 and CE certified for splash resistance and quality assurance respectively. UL listing and UL EPH classification further ensure safety and sanitation.
