The FWE HLC-5H-15 Handy Line Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet is a great option for any operation that needs a reliable heated cabinet that can hold food safe and warm. To provide storage options this cabinet has removable fixed racks with 1-⅜” spacing designed to hold 12”x20” pans. Each compartment comes with three removable shelves for additional storage options.

A digital display makes monitoring the internal temperature simple and adjusting the temperature between 90°F and 190°F is intuitive with the digital controls. The low-temperature alarm feature alerts users when the holding temperature has fallen below a safe minimum. This can save costs from spoilage. Radiant heat is provided by a reliable Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating element.

For ease of use, while providing a low profile design, the doors are easy to open with magnetic workflow door handles. To keep heat from escaping the stainless steel door is insulated and an air-tight seal is provided by a cabinet-mounted door gasket.

The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel for durability. The exterior is 20 gauge and features a polished finish that gives the unit a great look that’s easy to maintain. The interior features 22 gauge construction with coved corners for easy cleaning. To keep the interior nice and warm without needing to use too much power, this cabinet features UG-26 high-density fiberglass insulation. For portability, this cabinet features 5” maintenance-free polyurethane casters.

This holding cabinet is UL listed, UL EPH classified as well as being IPX4 and CE certified to meet strict standards.
