Users can easily monitor the temperature inside the cabinet with the high-visibility digital displays. The simple control interface allows the holding temperature to be set for each cavity from 90°F to 190°F separately. For additional safety, a low-temperature alarm can be set to go off when the temperature gets dangerously low to alert users. Heat is provided by an Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating element.

The doors are easy to open with magnetic workflow door handles. To keep heat from escaping the stainless steel doors are insulated and kept air-tight by cabinet-mounted door gaskets.

To make sure this cabinet is up to the task of serving in a commercial capacity it features 20 gauge stainless steel construction for the exterior. The exterior is polished for a clean look that’s easy to wipe down. The interior features 22 gauge stainless steel and coved corners that make cleaning as simple as possible. This cabinet is insulated with UG-26 high-density fiberglass in the bottom, back, sides, and top of this cabinet. This keeps the heat in while saving on power usage. This cabinet is equipped with 3-½” heavy-duty polyurethane casters that make it easy to move into place.
