FWE HLC-1826-4 Description
The HLC-1826-4 Handy Line Heated Cabinet from FWE is a countertop holding cabinet that you can rely on to serve without issue in your busy commercial establishment. To provide storage options this cabinet has removable fixed racks with 3” spacing designed to hold 18”x26” and 14”x18” pans.
To adjust the holding temperature between 90°F and 190°F, this cabinet has digital controls. The temperature is easy to monitor with the digital display. To increase food safety, a low-temperature alarm can be set to prevent food from being stored at a dangerous temperature before serving. Radiant heat is provided by a reliable Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating element.
Accessing the interior is simple with the easy to grasp magnetic workflow handle. The stainless steel door is insulated to prevent heat loss and an airtight seal is provided by the cabinet-mounted gasket.
To make cleaning the interior simple, it features 22 gauge stainless steel construction with coved corners. The exterior features a polished finish that’s easy to wipe down on its rugged 20 gauge stainless steel construction. The cabinet is insulated with “Ultra-Guard” UG-26 high-density fiberglass in the top, back bottom, and sides. 4” legs are attached through a reinforced mounting plate welded to the base of the unit allowing for access under and around the unit for cleaning tasks.
To ensure safety and sanitation this holding cabinet is listed by UL and classified by UL EPH. and passed CE and IPX4 certification.
