FWE HLC-1717-11-UC Description
The HLC-1717-11-UC Handy Line Heated Cabinet from FWE is a compact undercounter holding cabinet that is designed to use as little space as possible while keeping food warm, safe, and ready to serve. The interior features eleven shelves with a fixed 2” spacing to hold 17” pizza boxes.
The holding temperature can be adjusted between 90°F and 190°F with the ergonomic digital controls. An easy to read digital display shows the current cabinet temperature for simple monitoring. Heat is provided by an Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating element.
The door is easy to open with a magnetic workflow door handle. The insulated stainless steel door is sealed with a cabinet mounted door gasket.
The cabinet features a tough 20 gauge stainless steel exterior with an easy to wipe-down polished finish. The interior features 22 gauge stainless steel construction with coved corners to make cleaning a breeze.
For mobility, this cabinet has four 2” swivel casters.
This holding cabinet is UL listed, UL EPH classified as well as being IPX4 and CE certified to meet strict standards.
