The trio of 3.0 kW water heaters inside this brewer makes sure water is heated as quickly as possible. 16.5-22.5 gallons of water can be heated per hour to keep up with demand.  This model has a maximum current draw of 19.5-22.4 amps and is designed for use with 120/208-240v 3-phase power.
