This brewer is designed to brew up to 317 (12 oz.) cups of coffee per hour and can brew into two thermal servers at the same time.

This brewer is operated with a simple and reliable handle interface. Each brew basket has its own handle that starts and stops the brewing process. Brewing large batches of coffee simply and reliably in the most austere environments is this model’s forte. Users can easily source hot water from the manual faucet. Thermal servers such as the FETCO D449, D452, and D009 are designed to work with this brewer and are sold separately.

To get water to the right brewing temperature as quickly as possible, this brewer features triple 4.0 kW heaters. Every hour, up to 19.5-22.5 gallons of water can be heated. This model is wired from the factory to use 440-480v 3-phase power and has a maximum current draw of 13.6-14.8 amps.
