This brewer is designed to brew up to 640 (12 oz.) cups of coffee per hour, and the thermal servers it uses can keep coffee hot and ready to drink for hours without needing electricity.

To maintain consistency between large batches this brewer has easy to use controls that users can use to fully customize the brewing process. Once the recipe has been perfected it can be saved for easy push-button operation which is easily repeatable. The large spray pan in this brewer allows even and complete saturation of the coffee bed to achieve the best flavor at scale. Steam control virtually eliminates the need for external ventilation. The brew compartment holds in the steam making this an easy fit for almost any foodservice application. This brewer does not come with any thermal servers but it is designed to accept FETCO LBD-6 6-gallon containers.

Water is quickly and efficiently heated to the right temperature by six 5.0 kW heaters. This allows the unit to deliver 36.0-42.0 gallons of hot water per hour. This unit is wired to use 120/208-240v 3-phase power and has a maximum draw of 63.8-73.6 amps.
