With its spacious 21 cubic feet interior, the GAH1-S single-section heated cabinet from Delfield’s Specification Line can easily keep a large quantity of pre-prepared food including full-size sheet pans well-insulated until it is ready to serve. 

Powered by heating elements that run the length of the vertical duct, this ENERGY STAR holding cabinet operates at temperatures between 120ºF and 200ºF. The electronic temperature control gives you production flexibility like no other while the digital exterior temperature display alerts you visually if the temperature dips or increases at levels unsafe for the food inside. 

The stainless steel build allows for easy cleaning and long service life. This reach-in holding cabinet is equipped with easyTouch control that shows the current temperature inside the cavity and allows you to enjoy one-touch access to all necessary functions. Even when you’re nowhere near the kitchen, you can monitor the unit’s performance by syncing a compatible smart device through the dedicated easyTouch app. From there, you also get access to data history and other asset data that will help you further understand your heated cabinet and diagnose any issues it may be having. 

The solid lockable hinged door automatically seals shut at 90 degrees and stays open at a wider angle for convenient access and bulk loading. The integral door handle on this is backed by a lifetime warranty! Plus, with a stainless steel interior door liner and an easy-to-remove gasket, the unit is efficient and extra sturdy! There are three (3) shelves to customize the available heated storage space while the stainless steel pilaster with shelf clip support assists in carrying the weight of the contents. Incandescent interior lighting provides excellent visibility for faster service!

As an environmentally friendly product, this heated cabinet is insulated using foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane with zero ozone depletion potential!

This Delfield reach-in holding cabinet is certified by NSF and cULus for guaranteed safe commercial use. It is rated at 6 amps and requires a 208-240v/60/1-ph electrical connection. This unit ships with 5" locking casters, 10' cord, and NEMA 6-20P plug already attached.
