Establishments that do a lot of cooking and baking know all too well how quickly soiled pots and pans can stack up, and if your ware washing isn’t up to the task it can become a serious issue. The PP-20-PT Pot & Pan Washer from Champion was designed from the ground up to provide a platform that can make that veritable mountain of soiled pots and pans into an easy to manage molehill. This double rack pass-through Door Type Dishwasher comes with two hold down lids and two stainless steel racks designed for bun or sheet pans.

This washer is easy to use thanks to the top-mounted control and information center. The controls use easy to use push pads while wash temperature, wash pressure, and rinse temperature can be quickly monitored with moisture-resistant gauges. The doors are actuated simultaneously with a counter-balanced mechanism featuring self-lubricating guides. 

For the best results with heavily soiled items, this washer comes with an external spray hose. The handle is insulated and makes it easy to target trouble spots and get rid of major buildups before running the wash cycle. Perforated stainless steel filter baskets are included to catch debris and prevent clogging of the plumbing. To clear out the baskets they’re easily removed.

The wash and rinse tanks are both thermostatically controlled to maintain the proper temperature. Both tanks are made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel. A booster with 70 degrees of rise makes sure pots and pans receive a final rinse at 180°F to 190°F ensuring sanitation. Water is moved at a rate of 250 gallons per minute by a 15 HP pump motor to provide plenty of pressure to properly clean the pots and pans. All surfaces are covered repeatedly by stainless steel spray arms that are powered by the water pressure. These spray arms can be removed without tools making cleaning and maintenance as easy as possible.
