The PP-12-CPT Pot & Pan Washer from Champion is an essential tool in kitchens that need pots and pans cleaned as quickly as possible. This washer is specifically designed to make sure pots and pans are washed efficiently and sanitized properly. This corner pass-thru Door Type Dishwasher saves on space while maintaining the throughput of a straight-through unit.

This washer is easy to use thanks to the top-mounted control and information center. The controls use easy to use push pads while wash temperature, wash pressure, and rinse temperature can be quickly monitored with moisture-resistant gauges. To make sure heavily soiled pots and pans are cleaned properly an external spray hose featuring an insulated handle allows for pre-rinsing to remove large amounts of grime especially in hard to reach places. Perforated stainless steel filter baskets are included to catch debris and prevent clogging of the plumbing. To clear out the baskets they are removed easily.

The wash and rinse tanks are both thermostatically controlled to maintain the proper temperature. Both tanks are made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel. A booster with 70 degrees of rise makes sure pots and pans receive a final rinse at 180°F to 190°F ensuring sanitation. A 7.5 HP ODP motor rated with a flow rate of 120 gallons per minute provides plenty of pressure to remove every last speck of dirt on the pots and pans. Stainless steel spray arms powered by the water pressure evenly distribute the water. The spray arms have removable end caps and can be removed and replaced without any tools for simple cleaning and maintenance. 

To efficiently hold bun and sheet pans a stainless steel insert is included as well as a rack with a hold down lid.
