Champion PP-10 Description
If your kitchen is constantly busy a lot of pots and pans need to be cleaned and to get it done efficiently, quickly and properly the Champion PP-10 Pot & Pan Washer is a valuable asset. This front-loading Door Type Dishwasher is designed to handle pots, pans, and utensils and comes in either a lift door or split door configuration.
The top-mounted control and information center features push pad operation for intuitive use. The gauges display wash pressure, wash temperature, and a rinse thermometer, these gauges are moisture-resistant and easy to monitor at a glance.
An external spray hose with an insulated handle makes pre-rinsing heavily soiled items simple and convenient to make sure every last speck of dirt is removed during washing. A removable perforated stainless steel basket filter catches all debris.
The thermostatically controlled wash tank maintains the water temperature while a booster heater provides 70 degrees of rise to the rinse tank to make sure rinse water is always at 180°F to 190°F for proper sanitation. Both tanks are made from durable stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance.
The water-driven stainless steel spray arms feature removable end caps and a simple tool-free quick release system making cleaning and reassembly as easy as possible. A 5 HP ODP motor rated for 100 gallons per minute provides consistent water pressure to power the spray arms.
A stainless steel rack with a hold down lid is included as well as a stainless steel insert designed for bun and sheet pans.
