This twin commercial coffee machine meets ENERGY STAR guidelines to perform reliably without using more energy than it needs. The unit makes the coffee brewing process with the 4.3" color touchscreen where you can operate the unit and customize recipes and brewing options with just a few taps. The navigation uses a QWERTY keypad that supports English, Spanish, and French languages so you can quickly input recipe names. The screen can also be used to show up to 10 promotional images. Plus, the unit has a USB programming capability that lets you download and upload recipes in a snap. The spray head is equipped with SmartWAVE technology that boosts turbulence in the brew funnel for increased water and coffee contact time.

Designed to keep up with the most rigorous operations, this commercial coffee brewer has a stainless steel finish with a black plastic funnel and stainless steel brew basket. The funnel locks electronically so it doesn't become loose during drip-through. If you also serve hot tea or coffee, the unit can dispense hot water via the fast-flow faucet.

This unit also allows you to monitor servers wirelessly to cut down labor. It brews with various types of servers including the Soft Heat servers, TF 1.5-gallon ThermoFresh servers, last-generation 1.5-gallon TF servers, and 1.5-gallon Titan servers. Soft Heat servers are lighter and more ergonomic, with additional features that let you adjust holding times and temperatures based on the recipe or batch and inform you when freshness has elapsed or when a refill is due.

This commercial brewer for thermal server is rated at 25 amps and requires a 120/240v/60/1-ph electrical connection. It meets all UL and NSF standards.
