This commercial coffee maker offers a smart way to brew coffee. Thanks to the BUNN Infusion technology, you can brew multiple recipes and customize the production using the set of three (3) brew buttons and three (3) batch sizes. It has a digital readout where you can operate the unit and view the machine status and even program images for advertising. It supports English, Spanish, and French display languages as well as Standard and Metric measurement systems. The brew counter tells you exactly how many batches are brewed. The unit also offers USB programming capability for extra convenience.

You are in full control of the coffee extraction and quality in each batch, thanks to the pre-infusion and pulse brew plus the brew lockout and digital temperature control. The 17-hole sprayhead with a multidirectional design helps you yield the ideal flavor. The unit also has an electronic funnel lock so the brew funnel stays in place until the drip-through process is complete. If guests prefer hot tea, this unit can dispense hot water via the side faucet.

This commercial coffee machine accepts Soft Heat servers (available separately), which have a light and ergonomic design. These servers also let you program the recipe or batch based on holding times and temperatures, and tell you when freshness has expired or a refill is required. 

This unit automatically lowers the tank temperature during idle periods to prevent unnecessary energy use.
