Smart, reliable, and intuitive to use, this twin automatic commercial coffee machine makes your high-volume coffee production fast and efficient. This unit lets you brew coffee in three batch sizes: 0.5-gallon, 1-gallon, or 1.5-gallon batches. There is a digital readout where you can check brewing status at a glance or display advertising images to boost merchandising capability. You can set the language to English, Spanish, or French and the measurements standard or metric, so you can easily use and master it.

This commercial coffee brewer can handle multiple recipes that you can customize via the six (6) brew buttons and even allows USB programming for added versatility. To achieve the right coffee extraction, you can ready the prepare the coffee, manipulate brew times, set ideal brewing temperature, and utilize the perfect spray pattern with the help of the pre-infusion, pulse brew, cold brew lockout, digital temperature controls, and the multidirectional 17-hole sprayhead. The black plastic funnel locks electronically so you can be confident it stays in place during drip-through. If hot water is needed, there is a faucet on the side that dispenses it as you need it.

This commercial coffee machine accepts Soft Heat servers (sold separately), which are smarter, lighter, and more ergonomic than typical thermal servers. They allow you to set holding times and temperatures based on the recipe or batch alerts you when refill is required or freshness has expired.

This unit helps you bring energy costs down by automatically lowering the tank temperature during idle periods. With its stainless steel exterior and 4" legs plus the rounded angles on the corners and trunk, this is an extremely durable and stylish addition to your operation.

This commercial brewer for thermal server is rated at 28 amps and requires a 120/240v/60/1-ph electrical connection. It meets all UL and NSF standards.
