This 6.0kW commercial coffee maker allows you to brew coffee in 0.5-gallon, 1-gallon, or 1.5-gallon batches. It is super easy to operate, thanks to the digital readout where you can view brewing status and make targeted advertising images. You can set the language to English, Spanish, or French and the measurements standard or metric. The brew counter tells you precisely how many batches are brewed. Using the Infusion technology, this commercial coffee brewer can support multiple recipes that you can program using the six (6) brew buttons. For the ultimate convenience, the unit also allows USB programming.

This commercial coffee brewer makes it easy to achieve your desired coffee extraction and quality via the pre-infusion, pulse brew, cold brew lockout, and digital temperature control. The multidirectional Peak Extraction sprayhead has 17 holes that aid in producing the perfect flavor. The black plastic funnel comes with an electronic lock to keep the brew funnel in place throughout the drip-through process. With the side faucet, you can easily dispense as needed.

This commercial coffee machine brews coffee into Soft Heat servers (sold separately), which are engineered to be smarter, lighter, and more ergonomic. The server allows you to match holding times and temperatures based on the recipe or batch and tells you when freshness has elapsed or when refill is needed.

This unit helps you bring energy costs down by automatically lowering the tank temperature during idle periods. With its stainless steel exterior and 4" legs plus the rounded angles on the corners and trunk, this is an extremely durable and stylish addition to your operation.

This commercial brewer for thermal server is rated at 25 amps and requires a 120/240v/60/1-ph electrical connection. It meets all UL and NSF standards.
