If you are looking for a versatile and superior-quality gas convection oven that can perform well in a tough, fast-paced kitchen, the Blodgett DFG-200-ES BASE with 50,000 BTU and Energy Star certification is sure to impress. From the stainless steel front, sides, and top, the full angle-iron frame to the set of five (5) removable chrome-plated racks that can accommodate a full-size baking pan in horizontal and vertical positioning, this convection oven will be a great asset in a small-volume production and a great complement to the production line of a high-volume operation.
There are a total of 11 rack guides lined on the double-sided porcelain interior, enabling you to conveniently create an adequate volume of space you need for whatever type of food you are baking in each pan. You can expect an even and consistent bake on each and every rack level, thanks to the 0.75 hp dual-speed fan motor with a single inlet blower wheel. Plus, you get the benefit of automatic thermal overload protection making your kitchen safer.
This commercial oven bakes at temperatures that range from 200°F to 500°F and can make quick work of most recipes, thanks to the direct-fired gas system. Slow cooking is easy and so is baking the more delicate food items. And with the electronic spark ignition control system, you only use the exact amount of gas you need, making your operation more efficient. The solid-state infinite thermostat with an LED display offers some of the most accurate temperature adjustments and minimal fluctuations. The digital timer makes you more productive while the cooling fan adds to the speed by quickly bringing the temperature down to get ready for another session.
It is important that heat stays inside the oven for optimal performance and this oven can effortlessly do that with its 2" insulation that consists of 1" solid block layered with 1" mineral fiber. Outside visibility is provided by the interior halogen lighting and the dual-pane thermal glass windows. Both the left and right doors have triple-mounted pressure locks and open and close simultaneously from a single powder-coated handle.
The removable dual-tube burners and adjustable air shutters give you the ability to produce the best possible quality of flame for your baking. The unit has an internal pressure regulator and a front-mounted manual gas cut-off valve. The ball-bearing control panel slides out for easy servicing.
The Blodgett DFG-200-ES BASE single-deck half-size gas convection oven comes with cETL and NSF certifications as well as a two-year warranty on parts and labor and a five-year limited warranty on the oven door.
