Each of the four drawers has its own painted aluminum handles that are ergonomic to use without jutting out too far from the unit. The drawers easily glide thanks to the telescoping slides and stainless steel drawer frames. The drawers can accommodate  6” deep to store prepped ingredients that need to be accessed frequently. Snap-in gaskets are included to keep the drawers cool efficiently. A busy kitchen often has workers quickly pulling out drawers but to prevent them from being pulled out of the cabinet, this unit has a locking mechanism.

A ⅕ HP compressor producing 1350 BTU/hr of cooling is housed in a self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration unit to save space. The epoxy-coated evaporator in this unit makes sure efficient cooling is provided in a reliable manner for many years with minimal service. Full electric controls keep the temperature between 36ºF and 38ºF while consuming as little electricity as possible. The non-electric automatic defrost cycle keeps the unit running efficiently without downtime. R290 refrigerant is eco-friendly and provides efficient cooling while meeting all regulations. 

The unit conveniently comes with 6” casters from the factory, this allows it to be easily moved into and out of place. The front casters are locking which keeps it in place when it’s in use. Power is supplied to the unit with a factory wired 8-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set to connect it to a standard outlet that provides 115v/60/1-ph power at 3.0 amps.
