With 14.75 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity and a stainless steel worktop reinforced with foamed-in-place insulation specifically designed for commercial use, this unit will perform in its role for many years without issue.

The four refrigerated drawers feature painted aluminum handles making them easy to access. Manipulating the drawers is extremely easy with telescoping drawer slides and stainless steel frames. Each drawer is designed to accept pans up to 6” deep for ingredients while snap-n gaskets keep warm air out. A bustling commercial kitchen will often have workers quickly accessing drawers, to prevent spillage and food loss, each drawer has a locking mechanism.

1350 BTU/hr of cooling potential is provided by the refrigeration system at the bottom of this unit with a ⅕ HP compressor. Food inside the refrigerated sections is kept between 36ºF and 38ºF to maximize food safety. This temperature is maintained with fully electronic controls. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil will make sure efficient cooling will be maintained reliably for many years. To keep the refrigeration system running as efficiently as possible while minimizing downtime an automatic non-electric defrost cycle is used by this unit. R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant is used for efficient cooling that isn’t harmful to the environment.

The unit ships from the factory with 6” casters which allow the unit to be easily moved for service or cleaning. Locking casters at the front of the unit secure it in place when in use. Power is provided to the unit with the 8’ power cord that comes prewired from the factory with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for use with a standard outlet with 115v/60/1-ph power at 3.0 amps.
