This refrigerator offers 17.88 cu. ft. of storage space which stays out of the way while being easy to access. The worktop is made from stainless steel specifically to stand up to daily use in the busiest commercial kitchens.

Three self-closing stainless steel doors provide convenient access to refrigerated items while minimizing power draw. Each reach-in section comes with two wire shelves featuring epoxy-coating for durability. In a busy kitchen, users will often need to access multiple items from a refrigerator. To simplify this the doors can be opened to  120˚ to remain open. When the doors are closed magnetic gaskets make sure the seal is completely airtight. 

At the bottom of this worktop refrigerator is a self-contained refrigeration system featuring a ⅕ HP compressor that puts out 1350 BTU/hr of cooling. To maximize the shelf-life of items stored in the refrigerator, a temperature between 36ºF and 38ºF is maintained by the full electronic controls of this unit. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil will make sure this is achieved with minimal maintenance for many years. Defrosting is accomplished automatically with a non-electric system, this eliminates downtime while keeping the interior free of frost. The refrigerant used is R290, an environmentally-friendly hydrocarbon that meets all environmental regulations and has a minimal negative impact on the atmosphere.

The unit ships from the factory with 6” casters which allow the unit to be easily moved for service or cleaning. Locking casters at the front of the unit secure it in place when in use. Power is provided to the unit with the 8’ power cord that comes prewired from the factory with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for use with a standard outlet with 115v/60/1-ph power at 3.0 amps.
