The worktop itself is made from heavy-duty stainless steel that will last for many years even in the busiest commercial kitchens.

The easy-to-access drawers have painted aluminum handles that are always within arms reach. When a drawer is pulled it glides effortlessly on stainless steel drawer frames supported by telescoping drawer slides. Users rushing to fill orders will often open drawers quickly, to prevent them from accidentally pulling them out completely each one has a locking mechanism. Each drawer is designed to hold pans up to 6” deep which is great for prepped ingredients that are used frequently. Cold air is locked in with snap-in drawer gaskets for efficient temperature management.

On the right side of this refrigerated worktop, the self-contained refrigeration system provides efficient cooling with a ⅕ HP compressor that produces 1350 BTU/hr of cooling. To keep food safe, the temperature inside the refrigerated drawers is maintained between 36ºF and 38ºF by the full electronic controls. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil makes sure efficient cooling will be provided for many years with minimal service. This unit defrosts automatically with a non-electric system to eliminate downtime while maintaining peak efficiency. To meet all environmental regulations R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used.

This worktop refrigerator is easy to move into and out of place thanks to the 6” casters. When in use the locking casters at the front prevent it from moving about. The unit comes prewired from the factory with an 8-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set to easily connect it to a standard outlet with 115v/60/1-ph power.
