The Beverage Air SPED72HC-10C-6 Elite Series™ Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter is a prep table offering six refrigerated drawers and ten 1/6 pans for chilled ingredients. Larger items can be stored in the six refrigerated drawers below the worktop that provide a total of 20.0 cu. ft. of storage. Full-size pans up to 6" deep can be stored in these drawers.

Sandwich ingredients and condiments are kept crisp and fresh between 41°F and 33°F inside a cold bunker that is easy to access through its stainless steel lid and hood assembly. The cutting board is extra deep at 17” allowing for more space for prepping more ingredients or assembling sandwiches or salads. The cutting board is secure, so there are no worries of it sliding out, but it can be easily removed for cleaning. Since the chilled pan storage does not run the whole width of the worktop, there is additional space for sauces and ingredients that don’t need to be refrigerated.

The drawers are kept at 36º to 38ºF to maximize the shelf life of food. Telescoping drawer slides made of stainless steel are durable and will provide effortless access to ingredients for many years. A locking mechanism in the drawers prevents them from being inadvertently pulled out of the cabinet.

A self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration system with a ⅓ HP compressor providing 1594 BTU/hr of cooling capacity provides efficient cooling. Eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that meets all environmental regulations is used. Automatic defrosting is accomplished with a non-electric system.

This unit is configured to use standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 5.4 amps. An 8’ power cable with an integrated NEMA 5-15P plug comes standard.
