The Beverage Air SPED48HC-12-2 Elite Series™ Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter is a prep table offering two refrigerated drawers, a single reach-in cabinet, and a dozen 1/6 pans for chilled ingredients. Larger items can be stored in the four refrigerated drawers or reach-in section below the worktop with a total of 13.01 cu. ft. of space. Full-size pans up to 6" deep can be stored in these drawers.

The worktop includes a polyethylene cutting board that runs the full width of the counter. This removable cutting board is a convenient place to work on prep ingredients and assemble sandwiches. The cutting board is easy to remove for cleaning and maintenance. Ingredients and condiments in the twelve pans are kept between 41°F and 33°F with optimized airflow to maximize shelf life. The temperature inside the drawers is constantly maintained to be between 36º and 38ºF to maximize the shelf life of food. Stainless steel frames are used to support the telescoping drawer slides for effortless access to ingredients. The drawers feature slides with a locking mechanism to prevent them from being pulled out of the cabinet accidentally.

The self-contained refrigeration system at the bottom of this prep counter has an efficient ⅙ HP compressor with 1094 BTU/hr of cooling capacity. Cooling is efficiently provided with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that meets all environmental regulations. Automatic defrosting is provided with a non-electric system.

This unit is configured to use standard 115v/60/1-ph power and comes with an eight-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set.
