The SPED27HC Elite Series™ Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter from Beverage Air is a large model with two refrigerated drawers for quick under counter access and six 1/6 pans and two 1/9 pans for sandwich ingredients. With 6.76 cu. ft. of refrigerated space in the convenient undercounter drawer sections accessing additional items is quick and simple. Each drawer section can hold up to a 6" deep pan for storing more ingredients.

The temperature inside the drawers is constantly maintained to be between 36º and 38ºF to maximise the shelf life of food. Stainless steel frames are used to support the telescoping drawer slides for effortless access to ingredients. The drawers feature slides with a locking mechanism to prevent them from being pulled out of the cabinet accidentally.

The worktop includes a polyethylene cutting board that runs the full width of the counter. This removable cutting board is a convenient place to work on prep ingredients and assemble sandwiches. The cutting board is easy to remove for cleaning and maintenance. Ingredients and condiments in the twelve pans are kept between 41°F and 33°F with optimized airflow to maximize shelf life. The ingredient pans area only takes up half of the total worktop allowing for extra space for ingredients, sauces, and other items. The refrigeration system installed at the bottom of this refrigerated counter uses environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant which is hydrocarbon-based. An efficient ⅙ HP compressor providing 1140 BTU/hr of cooling makes sure everything stays nice and cool. For convenience, this unit has an automatic defrost system which is non-electric.

This unit ships from the factory with an 8’ power cable that terminates in a 5-15P plug to connect it to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet.
