The Beverage Air HBF44HC-1 Horizon Series Freezer has two sections that provide options to organize items and is an excellent choice for any commercial establishment that needs a reliable freezer. This freezer’s two sections are designed to hold up to 44 cu. ft. of food.

The unit comes with a total of 6 epoxy-coated wire shelves to fully organize food inside both sections. Lighting is provided with durable LEDs that are bright and use very little energy and expel negligible amounts of heat. The interior of the sections features stainless steel construction for durability and ease of maintenance. The doors have a self-closing feature that makes sure they are never accidentally left ajar. This saves on power in the long run and prevents the refrigeration system from being overly stressed. The doors can be opened to 120º to use the doors’ stay-open feature keeping their hands free to handle multiple items safely.

A ¾ HP compressor producing 2312 BTU/hr of cooling is housed in a self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration unit to save space. To keep food frozen the temperature inside this freezer is kept below 0ºF by the fully electronic controls. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil makes sure efficient cooling will be provided for many years with minimal service. This unit features an automatic defrost system with an electrical element to eliminate downtime to maintain cooling efficiency. To meet all environmental regulations R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used.

By default this unit comes on 6” casters that allow it to be easily moved for maintenance, it can also be configured with 3” casters or 6” legs at no extra cost. Power is delivered to the unit by a factory wired 8’ power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set. The unit is configured to use standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 11.0 amps.
