To provide workers and customers with a direct view of the available products the BB48HC-1-GS-F-PT-B Refrigerated Pass-Thru Food Back Bar Storage from Beverage Air features sliding glass doors on either side. This pass-thru configuration allows access to items from both sides of the bar for faster service and restocking. Sliding glass doors also have the benefit of not taking up extra room when opened. The stainless steel interior offers 13.6 cu. ft. of refrigerated space that is open food rated. Aside from food products the interior can accommodate two ½ kegs.

The sliding glass doors are self-closing to make sure the interior stays cool while reducing electricity costs. The sliding glass doors also have a convenient stay-open feature allowing multiple items to be handled without obstruction. The open food certified stainless steel interior features LED lighting that keeps all items well lit making them easy to identify. Each section has two epoxy-coated wire shelves to organize the contents. The forced-air refrigeration system evenly cools items inside and provides rapid cooling.

The self-contained refrigeration system has a ⅓ HP compressor producing 1942 BTU/hr of cooling and can be ordered on either the left or right side to best fit your needs. The unit's epoxy-coated evaporator keeps the interior between 36ºF and 38ºF with fully electronic controls for efficiency and reliability. Defrosting is simple with the automatic non-electric system that reduces downtime while keeping the interior free of frost. The refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant, an eco-friendly hydrocarbon to meet environmental regulations.

This back bar unit uses 115v/60/1-ph electrical power with a current draw of 3.1 amps. For convenience, it comes pre-wired with a NEMA 5-15P plug set attached to an 8-foot power cord.
