The reach-in section has two epoxy-coated shelves to organize items and maximize the usability of the space. The interior features stainless steel construction and is certified to store open food products. The self-closing door provides convenient access that can reduce power consumption. To keep the door’s seal airtight a magnetic door gasket is included. When workers need to access multiple items they can activate the stay-open feature allowing them to use both hands. Products inside this back bar refrigerator can be quickly cooled with the balanced forced-air refrigeration system. 

This unit features a side-mounted refrigeration system with a ¼ HP compressor producing 1702 BTU/hr of cooling. The compressor can be mounted on the left or right to best fit your needs. To maximize the shelf-life of items stored in the refrigerator, a temperature between 36ºF and 38ºF is maintained by the fully electronic controls of this unit. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil will make sure this is achieved with minimal maintenance for many years. To keep the refrigeration system running as efficiently as possible while minimizing downtime an automatic non-electric defrost cycle is used by this unit. R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant is used for efficient cooling that has a reduced impact on the environment. The unit comes prewired from the factory with an 8-foot power cord and a NEMA 5-15P plug set to easily connect it to a standard outlet with 115v/60/1-ph power.
