The reach-in section has a self-closing feature to keep it from being left ajar and comes with a standard with a lock for security. Inside the reach-in section, two epoxy-coated wire shelves are included to maximize the usable space. The interior is certified to hold open food products and features a stainless steel interior. Users can use both hands when pulling multiple items out of the refrigerator thanks to the stay-open feature. The magnetic door gasket makes sure a positive seal is made every time. The interior is kept evenly cooled with the forced-air refrigeration system. This also allows items to be cooled down quickly if necessary.

A ⅙ HP compressor producing 1094 BTU/hr of cooling is housed in a self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration unit to save space. The epoxy-coated evaporator in this unit makes sure efficient cooling is provided in a reliable manner for many years with minimal service. Full electric control will keep the temperature between 36ºF and 38ºF while consuming as little power as possible. Defrosting is accomplished automatically with a non-electric system, this eliminates downtime while keeping the interior free of frost. The refrigerant used is R290, an environmentally-friendly hydrocarbon that meets all environmental regulations and has a minimal negative impact on the atmosphere.

 For convenience, this back bar refrigerator is mounted on 4” casters allowing it to be easily moved when necessary. To keep it fixed in place the front casters are locking. The unit is easy to attach to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power source with its factory wired 8’ power cord with NEMA 5-15P plug set.
