This deck-type pizza oven can maintain temperatures ranging from 300 °F to 650 °F. The microslide heat controls give you the flexibility you need to cook different recipes and get consistent results. The flame diverters disperse the heat efficiently from the burner chamber while the top and bottom heat can be manipulated separately, giving you more precise control for every product you are baking.

With the aluminized steel interior, the baking chamber on this commercial deck-type oven is able to resist high temperatures pizza requires to cook as it should. The entire chamber including the spring-loaded doors is fully insulated to ensure the inside is constantly hot for exquisite bake quality.

You can cook using natural gas or liquid propane with combination gas controls with valve, regulator, and pilot safety housed on the side for easy access. The 3/4" NPT gas connection is found on the left side or the rear. The whole cabinet is supported with 30" high-quality steel legs with a durable Bakertone finish.
