This unit has an 8" cooking chamber with a massive 66"W x 44"D Lighstone fibrament deck with 2" thickness to fit a large number of pizzas in a single cooking session.

For durability you can count on for long years, this commercial pizza oven has a stylish but functional stainless steel finish that resists rust and maintains a cool-to-touch exterior for safety and insulation for proper temperatures during cooking. The aluminized steel interior offers high temperature resistance and enhanced strength.

This deck-type pizza oven has an operating temperature range of 300 to 650°F and easy-to-use microslide controls for simple precise adjustment. The top and bottom heat dampers are controlled separately to cook the toppings and crust properly and get the best baking results every single time. The cooking deck promises uniform and direct heating and paired with the flame diverters ensure every inch of the deck gets even heat to bake the pizzas. The doors add insulation and are heavy-duty for optimal performance. They have a spring balance design to make them light and easy to open.

This commercial pizza oven is perfect as a display oven with its dome top accent, attractive black powder coating on the control housing and door panels, and hardwood door handles. Front and side skirts are even included in the package so you can install the oven behind brick, stone, or tile to get that old-world look that definitely would not go unnoticed. 

The gas controls including the valve, regulator, and pilot safety are accessed from the front (side mount also available) while the 3/4" NPT gas connection is on the left side or the rear. Built to grow with your needs without taking up more space, this pizza deck oven has a 0.25" angle fully welded iron frame designed for double-stacking. The oven securely rests on four (4) 30" heavy-duty steel legs.
