Grill charred and smokey meats daily with the help of this 48" wide commercial charbroiler from Bakers Pride. With the stainless steel exterior, interior, and combustion chamber, this is truly a unit that's built to last.

This commercial grill is packing 10 burners that each deliver 15,000 BTU of cooking power. The two (2) free floating round rod top grates are heated by rugged stainless steel radiants, which add to the durability of the unit. These grates can be set to four (4) different positions so you can achieve proper doneness and appearance of the meats. The EZ tilt-to-front grease trough controls where the grease goes, which helps prevent flare-ups for smoother and safer grilling sessions. The double walls are fully insulated, which helps them retain heat so you can cook one batch after another with minimal delay.

A continuously lit crossover pilot tube system lets you turn on the unit quickly so you can cook more each day. A top grid scraper is provided so you can scrub off any grime or grease build-up on the cooking surface. The unit is mounted on 6" legs that can be adjusted to fit uneven floors. It comes standard with a 6" service shelf, utility bar, and water tubs.
