This 36" wide gas commercial charbroiler is a seven-burner broiling workhorse made of stainless steel for long-lasting durability. Each burner delivers 15,000 BTU cooking power. The unit comes with coal radiants with Glo-Stones that offer excellent heat retention for shorter recovery, enhance the flavors of the meats, and make for easy cleaning because they don't absorb grease.

The free-floating round rod top grate can be titled (4) tilted positions so you can bring the food farther from the heat to achieve desired doneness and quality. The EZ grease trough tilts to the front to redirect the excess grease and minimize flareups. The fully insulated double walls also help with retaining heat to speed up cooking. The continuously lit crossover pilot tube system allows you to start up the commercial grill so you can get to work immediately. A top grid scraper helps peel off any food debris or grease that accumulates on the cooking surface. The unit also comes with a 6" service shelf with a utility bar and water tubs.
