This 36" commercial charbroiler is stainless steel inside and out for long-lasting durability you can rely on for many years. The unit is powered by seven (7) 15,000 BTU burners. The stainless steel radiants deliver the heat to the free-floating round rod top grate that can be adjusted to four (4) tilted positions so you can find the perfect setup for each recipe. The EZ tilt-to-front grease trough controls the movement of excess grease and oil to mitigate flareups. The double walls are fully insulated to help with heat retention and speed up recovery and preheating. With the continuously lit crossover pilot tube system, you can fire up the unit in seconds.

The commercial grill also comes with a top grid scraper so you can remove any accumulated food debris or fats on the cooking surface. For added convenience, the unit also comes with a 6" service shelf, towel bar, and water tubs. It is mounted on 6" legs that can be adjusted to accommodate uneven floors.
