This 40.25" tall Bakers Pride CH-8 extra heavy-duty gas charbroiler is the perfect cooking companion for whipping up the best char-grilled dishes for your guests. With 144,000 BTU of power, this unit packs quite the punch with its eight (8) stainless steel burners set at every 5.25" of the surface to meet your daily production needs with great efficiency. Along with this dependable performance is a solid construction as this commercial charbroiler boasts a fully welded, heavy-duty plate steel with a heat-resistant Bakertone finish to stand up to frequent heavy use. 

Each burner on this commercial charbroiler is individually controlled to let you create unique conditions for each cooking zone to accommodate different types of food products. Eight (8) heavy-duty stainless steel radiants distribute the heat equally across all eight (8) top grates to make full use of the cooking surface. For added versatility and control, the cast-iron grates can be manually moved up and down to three levels so you can control the intensity of the heat coming from the burners. These grates retain heat well to help shorten the recovery time in between cooking sessions.

You also get  2" stainless steel grease drawers and water pans to make the maintenance simpler than ever. The backsplash protects your walls or other equipment from splatters while the 8" deep lintel plate provides an extra surface to work and hold items. The unit comes with a 1" NPT rear gas connection and pressure regulator for easy setup and safe use.
