This is a really great griddle for the price you get. At first, I was expecting a lesser quality because of the cost but the performance and the build of the griddle blew my expectations away. It's very reliable, sturdy and heavy duty for the size. Cleaning it isn't such a chore too.

It's a very nice griddle, it works well and is a very nice equipment to have in our restaurant. I have no issues with the performance of the griddle itself. It just uses up a lot of gas.
