I’m sure this manual griddle would fit any restaurant. The construction is solid. The unit itself is extremely durable and cooks amazing. Has worked very well for us. The griddle is practical. Portable and compact; fits small places. Has a nice backsplash and sides, a great grease drawer. Works flawlessly. Requires just wipe cleaning. Legs are adjustable that’s also good.Recommended Product
