CKitchen offers them in pass-thru refrigerator freezer dual temp and pass-thru refrigerator warmer dual temp cabinet models. These top-mounted dual-temp units are available in 2 full-door and half-door variants. The temperature consistency of these cabinets is ensured by an insulated wall separating the compartments. The cabinet comes with a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and a choice of an aluminum or stainless steel interior.
The pass-thru dual temp refrigerator and freezer cabinet from Victory Refrigeration has a sectional storage capacity of up to 26.06 cubic feet. The pass-thru dual temp refrigerator and warmer cabinet have a sectional storage capacity of up to 25.6 cubic feet. These cabinets include a self-closing mechanism with a stay-open feature, magnetic door gaskets, a thermal breaker, and electronic control with a touchpoint interface. The freezer cabinet can store products at a temperature of –10°F. The refrigeration cabinet operates between 36 and 38°F, and the warming cabinet can maintain temperatures from 80 and 180°F.
