Hatco buffet warmers feature a pre-focused infrared top, a thermostat heat base, and a durable plexiglass sneeze guard.
Some variants can hold 1 to 5 pans and come with 2 to 6 shatter-resistant incandescent bulbs. They operate between 80 and 200°F. These buffet warmers are also available with front and side enclosures.
