Teppanyaki Griddle, 30,000 BTU, 60" W x 24" D x 3/4" thick polished steel Commercial Griddle plate, 1" stainless steel side & 3/8" backsplash, manual control valve, stainless steel front, front top ledge, front grease trough, grease can, CSA, NSF
Standard Features:
- Manual pilot ignition.
- Stainless steel front and sides.
- One year limited parts and labor warranty.
- 1" inward slope side splash and back splash.
- 3⁄4" rear gas connection with gas pressure regulator.
- 3⁄4" thick, 24" deep highly polished steel griddle plate.
- One 30,000 BTU/hr. ring burner with infinite control heat valve.
- Pilot safety valve will shut off gas to pilot and burner if pilot extinguishes.
- 3" wide stainless steel grease trough drains into large capacity grease collector.
