I really like this Waring griddle. It heats up pretty quick and the temperature holds well. We own a little burger shop and the size of the griddle is just right for our kitchen that we still have a ton of space. We might be buying a second one soon. I use this Waring griddle as a back-up for grilling quesadilla and sandwiches. The food cooks pretty fast and even. I say this takes about 20 minutes to heat up, which for me is reasonable. The only issue I have is it doesn't have an on/off switch, I have to unplug it after use every time. Also, shipping is fast.
