Standard Features:
Food warming cabinet, one/two drawers, Vulcan-Hart Model No. VSL1/VSL2. Heavy duty 20 gauge polished stainless steel cabinet. 4" adjustable legs. Cabinet sides and top filled with 1" thick insulation. Oversize tubular drawer pull handle. Heavy duty 14 gauge stainless steel drawer slides and stainless steel roller bearings. Each drawer includes one 12" x 20" x 6" stainless steel pan, one recessed thermostat adjustable to 190°F and one humidity control. One 475 watt (4 amp) heating element per drawer. Requires 120 volt, 60 Hz, single phase power supply. 6' power cord with NEMA 5-15 plug. One year limited parts and labor warranty. After the first year, lifetime parts warranty on the heating elements and drawer rollers. UL Listed. UL Listed to Canadian safety standards, Classified by UL to NSF Std. #4.
