The individual burners on this hotplate each have 30,000 BTU/hr (27,500 BTU/hr for LP) of heat output and can be adjusted individually with infinite heat control valves. For easy maintenance and cleaning the burner heads are a lift-off design. Pots and pans are supported by heavy-duty cast-iron grates. The standing pilot ignition system in this unit makes it simple to use.

The sides, control panel, top trim, and backsplash are made from stainless steel for durability and ease of maintenance. Crumbs are caught by the full-width crumb tray making it simple to remove debris that falls from pots and pans. Even if the surface this hotplate isn’t perfectly level the adjustable 4” legs are easy to adjust. The cooking height of this unit is 12”.

This hotplate has a ¾” NPT rear gas connection and requires 240,000 BTU/hr (220,000 BTU/hr for LP) of gas input.
