Vulcan VHP424 Description
If your commercial kitchen needs heavy-duty countertop Commercial Hotplates with four burners, the Vulcan VHP424 is an easy pick designed to keep up with heavy use. Each burner has an output of 30,000 BTU/hr(27,500 BTU/hr for LP) and has its own infinite heat control valve for precise heat control.
Cast iron top grates over the lift-off burner heads provide heavy-duty support while providing easy access for cleaning and maintenance. This hotplate uses a standing pilot ignition system for ease of use.
The sides, control panel, top trim, and backsplash are made from stainless steel for durability and ease of maintenance. The full-width crumb tray catches debris for easy cleaning. This hotplate has a 12” cooking height and can be adjusted on its 4” legs to keep it level.
The total gas consumption of this hotplate is 120,000 BTU/hr (110,000 BTU/hr for LP gas) through its ¾” NPT rear gas connection
