To efficiently cook large amounts of food a reliable steamer like the Vulcan C24GA6 Convection Steamer is a great option that uses a gas-heated steam generator. This two-compartment steamer setup can hold a total of six 12” x 20” pans and comes complete on a sturdy, purpose-built equipment stand.

The compartments each have a 60-minute timer allowing for the versatility of cooking two different items that need to be cooked for different durations simultaneously, two batches of a single item, or only using one compartment when demand is low. The compartments each have a heavy-duty door and a gasket guard to provide a secure seal. Opening the doors is easy with the simple to use door latch mechanisms.

The stainless steel interior of the cooking compartments are made really easy to clean thanks to the coved corners that allow for easy wipe down leaving no gap for debris to get trapped. The exterior is as easy to clean as the interior since it too is made from durable stainless steel that will maintain its appearance for years to come. To keep this unit level it stands on 6” adjustable legs with flanged feet made from stainless steel.

This steamer has a 125,000 BTU/hr steam generator fed by a ¾” rear gas connection complete with a gas pressure regulator. It requires a connection to standard 120v power which is easy enough with the included 6’ power cord complete with a 3-prong plug.
