Vulcan C24GA10 Description
If your operations need a reliable steamer that runs on gas, the C24GA10 Convection Steamer from Vulcan is a great option. This system comes with steamers stacked vertically on a cabinet base and can hold a total of ten 12” x 20” pans.
Each compartment features its own timer that can be set for up to 60 minutes allowing two different items to be cooked in each of the compartments. The compartments are sealed securely with heavy-duty doors with tried and tested latch mechanisms for easy access. A gasket guard maintains the seal and prevents damage.
The cooking compartments are made from stainless steel and feature coved corners making cleaning as simple as possible. The exterior and cabinet base are also made from stainless steel to make sure the unit can stand up to daily commercial use for years to cume. The unit stands on 6” adjustable stainless steel legs with flanged feet to keep the unit level.
Steam is generated by a 125,000 BTU/hr steam generator and the unit creatures a ¾” rear gas connection with a pressure regulator. Connecting it to a standard 120v/60/1-ph power supply is simple with the included 6-foot power cord and 3-prong plug.
