Vulcan C24DA6 Description
The C24DA6 Convection Steamer from Vulcan is an extremely reliable steamer that uses direct steam designed for use in commercial kitchens. This two-compartment steamer setup can hold a total of six 12” x 20” pans and comes complete on a sturdy, purpose-built equipment stand.
With two compartments each with its own 60-minute timers, this steamer provides users with the versatility they need. When demand is low only one compartment needs to be used. When demand is high two batches of food that need to be cooked for different durations can be cooked simultaneously. The compartments are sealed securely with heavy-duty doors with tried and tested latch mechanisms for easy access. A gasket guard maintains the seal and prevents damage.
To make cleaning as easy as possible the interior of the compartments are made from stainless steel and feature coved corners. With stainless steel construction on the exterior, it’s just as easy to clean as the interior. To keep this unit level it stands on 6” adjustable legs with flanged feet made from stainless steel.
This unit takes in steam through a ¾” NPT direct potable steam connection and comes with a pressure regulator. Connecting it to a 120/60/1-ph power outlet that can provide 2.0 amps is simple with the included 6-foot power cord with a 3-prong plug,
