Vulcan C24DA10 Description
The Vulcan C24DA10 Convection Steamer is a reliable steamer setup designed to keep up with the demands of kitchens that need to produce large amounts of food quickly and efficiently. This steamer setup has two independently controllable compartments that hold a total of ten 12” x 20” pans on a purpose-built equipment stand.
The two compartments on this steamer each have their own 60-minute timer providing the kitchen staff with options to best fit their needs. When demand is low only a single compartment needs to be used, but when business picks up both compartments can be used separately. Both compartments feature a heavy-duty door and gasket guard to provide a secure seal. Opening the airtight doors is simple with the door latch mechanisms.
Cleaning the interiors is made simple with stainless steel construction and coved corners. The coved corners deprive debris of a place to get stuck. With stainless steel construction on the exterior, it’s just as easy to clean as the interior. The 6” legs are also made from stainless steel and can be adjusted to keep the unit level.
This unit takes in steam through a ¾” NPT direct potable steam connection and comes with a pressure regulator. Connecting it to a 120/60/1-ph power outlet that can provide 2.0 amps is simple with the included 6-foot power cord with a 3-prong plug,
