The oil in each 16 gauge stainless steel fry tank is evenly heated by 24 kW ribbon style heating elements.

The digital controls on this fryer displays the temperature accurately in either Celcius or Fahrenheit and can be from 200°F to 390°F (93°C to 199°C). Two count-down timers can cook with either compensating time or actual time. Thanks to auto boil-out mode and three melt modes make this fryer is extremely easy to use.

The built-in filtration system in this fryer system features an 18 gauge stainless steel filter vessel with the KleenScreen PLUS® filtration system that utilizes a stainless steel mesh to remove larger particles. For more thorough filtration removing particles larger than .5 microns, optional KleenScreen PLUS® envelopes can be used. Filtration is done quickly at a rate of 8 GPM thanks to a ⅓ HP pump motor.

The cabinet and fry tank of this fryer is made from stainless steel for durability ad ease of maintenance. To make keeping it level, this fryer comes on adjustable 6” legs. For ease of use, it also comes with twin fry baskets with plastic coated handles.
