This durable, efficient, and productivity-boosting piece of equipment comes with a solid stainless steel top with a 4" tall foamed-in-place backsplash for comfortable and sanitary food prep and a 40.12 cubic feet refrigerated base for keeping ingredients fresh and close by. This commercial worktop refrigerator is built for the long haul with rust and corrosion-resistant stainless steel top, front, and sides while the interior is aluminum. The evaporator coil is protected by epoxy coating to guard against damage. 

The refrigerated base comes with eight (8) drawers supplied with pan slots and able to fit 4" and 6" deep pans. Each drawer is fitted with telescoping slides and locking mechanisms that slide the pans in and out of view for easy access. They also self-close so they are not accidentally left ajar when the kitchen gets busier, which could damage the contents and the equipment. 

The electronic controls allow you to change settings and accomplish tasks with just a push of a button. The base has an operating temperature of 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, which is maintained with the help of the one-piece snap-in magnetic gasket.
